Senior Vice President of Operations

André has over nineteen years of experience in the payments processing industry. Before joining Cynergy Data in January of 2008, André was Vice President of Relationship Management for Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Atlanta, GA. André's responsibilities there included managing a team of directors and relationship managers across the country, who handled year-over-year revenue growth, cross-selling new products and updating clients on compliance and association rules. André has also served as Chief Service Officer and Senior Vice President at Concord-EFS, Inc. (now First Data Commercial Services). For Concord-EFS, André oversaw support and contract renewal for major national clients across the United States. He also managed teams within the Merchant Acquiring and Debit/ATM Network divisions and was appointed to the Top 10 executive managers, reporting to the President in 1999. André received his B.S. degree in Management from Regions University.
