Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined Cynergy Data as Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in payment products. He also has extensive international experience in Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia and China, and has lived with his family in Frankfurt, Brussels and London.

Before joining Cynergy Data, Mike led financial teams at the Trinsum Group, Inc., where as CFO he facilitated worldwide financial strategy and oversaw business growth. Mike has also served as a senior financial officer for MasterCard Europe and Global Advisors, a senior financial officer for American Express in Europe and Latin America and as an international CFO for John Hancock Financial Services.

Mike began his career at Ernst & Young in New York, where he obtained his CPA certification. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Pace University and his MBA from Fordham University. Mike is a member of Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
