Director of Human Resources

Trish Newman ensures that a wide range of superior strategic and tactical human resources support is provided to all Cynergy Data employees and business partners.

Before joining Cynergy Data, Trish directed the business side of human resources for the U.S. and Canadian divisions of an international medical diagnostic manufacturer. In her current and former roles, Trish delivered programs supporting domestic and international business strategies for start-ups and established companies alike. She designs and implements plans that foster not only business growth, but employee empowerment. In facilitating client services, Trish promotes a team-building management philosophy.

Trish holds a B.S. in business administration, which is supported by graduate studies in industrial and labor relations at Long Island University.
