Pre-Sales Engineers at Your Service
Cynergy Data offers pre-sales configuration assistance and remote technical support during integration. We also accept requests for proposals and systems and hardware compatibility. Cynergy Data can loan demo and test equipment during integration and critical testing requirements.
Cynergy Data Training Center
Resellers as well as their merchants have access to a dedicated training team. Once Cynergy Data has boarded a merchant, we send a welcome email letter detailing user IDs, account numbers and IP addresses. The training team will schedule an Activation and Set-up appointment with the merchant.
