CYNERGY DATA CEO NAMED METRO NEW YORK ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2008

The award honours entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptionality in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Cynergy Data, a merchant services provider, has announced that Marcelo Paladini, co-founder and CEO, received the Metro New York Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in the service category. According to Ernst & Young, the award recognises outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses.

As a Metro New York award winner, Paladini is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2008 national programme. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards ceremony in Palm Springs, California on 15 November 2008.
