CYNERGY DATA WELCOMES TWO EXECUTIVES

August 15, 2008 — New York. In complimenting its market leadership, Cynergy Data has welcomed two accomplished professionals to its executive team. Dane James joins Cynergy Data as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales, and Tom Della Badia fills the company’s new Vice President of Business Development position.

Before joining Cynergy Data, James served as Senior Vice President, General Manager for First Data Commercial Services. While there, he managed key bank relationships. Prior to working for First Data, James spent 13 years with Discover Card Financial Services and VISA USA. James now oversees strategy, development and planning for Cynergy Data’s nationwide sales teams.

As Vice President of Business Development, Della Badia manages ISO and referral relationships for Cynergy Data. With 15 years of industry experience, Della Badia plans to grow the company’s ISO channel and referral partnership base. Della Badia’s prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President for IRN Payment Systems.

Della Badia said that Cynergy Data’s technological capabilities inspired him to join the company. The company’s proprietary Virtual Merchant Application System, or VIMAS, especially impressed him, he said.
